Sniper Solutions
A website for an industrial automation firm, written for plant engineers rather than for a marketing audience.
Where the business was
An automation firm working across Chakan, Ranjangaon, Talegaon and Shirwal was being read by maintenance managers and plant heads, not by procurement. A stock corporate site talks about “solutions”; this audience wants to know whether a stopped line gets answered tonight.
How we approached it
Write for the engineer. Lead with capability and response time, put the breakdown helpline on every screen, and show plant metrics the reader already recognises instead of stock imagery.
A helpline that is never more than one tap away
The 24×7 breakdown number sits in the top bar on every page as a click-to-call link. When a line is down nobody navigates to a contact page.
A plant overview instead of a hero photo
The hero shows line status, OEE and a changeover in progress — the shape of the data this audience reads daily, so credibility is immediate.
Structured for a wide capability set
PLC and control panels, drives, robotics and industrial IoT each get room under one services menu, without collapsing into a single vague page.
Edge-deployed for instant loads
Running on Cloudflare Workers, the site is served from the edge — useful when it is opened on a phone from a shop floor.
What was built
- Services menu covering PLC, drives, robotics and industrial IoT
- Industries, work and support sections with a four-stage process
- Plant-overview panel built from the metrics their clients track
- 24×7 breakdown helpline reachable from every screen
- Deployed on Cloudflare Workers at the edge
The firm has a site that speaks to plant engineers and puts its emergency line one tap away on every screen.
For industrial buyers, specificity is the trust signal. Naming Chakan and Ranjangaon does more than any amount of polished copy.
