Scope and quotes

Every project is quoted in writing before work begins. The quote states what is included, the timeline and the price. Prices published on this site are starting points, not offers — the quote is the agreement.

Changes to scope

The quoted price holds for the quoted scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is done, never billed as a surprise.

Revisions and support

Revision rounds and the post-launch support window are stated on each quote and reflect the tiers published on the pricing page.

Ownership and handover

On completion and final payment, the code and agreed project assets are handed to you. Domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name throughout, so ownership does not depend on the handover happening.

Third-party costs

Domain registration, hosting and payment-gateway fees are paid by you directly to those providers at their prices. KraftVision takes no margin on them.

Liability

We build carefully and test what we ship, but no site is guaranteed free of faults. Search rankings, traffic and sales are explicitly not guaranteed.

These terms describe how projects are actually run. Before contracting at larger values the business owner should have them reviewed professionally.
