Privacy policy
What we collect
If you submit the contact form we receive the name, business name, email, phone number and project description you enter. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we hold that conversation.
The site itself sets no cookies of its own. It does load Google's advertising tag, which does — see Advertising and cookies below.
Why we hold it
Solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the project. We do not sell, rent or share what you send us with third parties for marketing.
Advertising and cookies
This site loads the Google Ads tag (gtag.js, ID AW-18433263266). It tells Google that a page here was viewed and sets Google's advertising cookies in your browser, so we can see which ads lead to real enquiries and show ads to people who have visited before.
It does not receive the contents of the contact form, and we do not upload your email address or phone number to Google.
You can block it: browser cookie settings, any content blocker, or Google's own ad settings at adssettings.google.com. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they may still be relevant, then deleted. Project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for support and accounting.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes request data such as IP address for delivery and security. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Google Ads receives page-view and cookie data as described above. Contact-form delivery uses a form-handling service; the message content passes through it on the way to our inbox.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello.kraftvision@gmail.com and we will action it.
This policy describes actual practice on this site. If KraftVision later registers as a company or begins processing payments directly, it should be reviewed by the business owner.
